A very popular stool which is always in demand from discerning buyers.
The stools are supplied in component form for Self Assembly. We include
assembly instructions. Assembly takes less than 10 minutes and half of that is spent
unpacking everything and identifying the components. It is very easy, with only
an Allen key needed to tighten 6 bolts.(Allen key & bolts all supplied).
Normally we will assemble the stools for you, at an extra charge, but we
reserve the right to refuse "assembled stool" orders at very busy times, like
Christmas. The delivery on Assembled stools will normally be at least one day
longer.
The base has a plastic ring underneath the steel, so that your floor
is not scratched.
ALTERNATIVE BASES.Now we can supply the trumpet base with a brushed
chrome finish, similar to the brushed steel on some ovens & fridges or a
Black Satin Epoxy Powder coated finish. These options are an extra £15.00.
N.B. THE UPPER COLUMN, THE FOOTREST AND THE GAS LIFT COLUMN ARE ONLY SUPPLIED IN MIRROR CHROME FINISH. No other finishes, like
Brushed, Brass Plate, Satin or Black, are available for these parts. The reason
for this is that Chrome Plating is the toughest finish to resist the rubbing
caused by the vertical and swivelling movement of the seat and scuffing of shoes
on the footrest. Other, softer finishes would rub off in time.
GUARANTEE
This product is covered by a full 12 month
Guarantee for normal use in a domestic situation.
It is not designed for use in a commercial
environment, where the usage could be much higher.
If anything is damaged in transit to you, then
we will replace that component free of charge.
If any part of the stool or mechanism is found
to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, then we will replace that component
free of charge, providing the stool has been used normally in a domestic
environment. This guarantee does not cover normal wear & tear.
QUALITY CHECK
Before we despatch this product, we unpack every
component from the original box; we check everything for visible damage or
faults, replacing any parts which are damaged, then we re-pack the entire stool
in a new, stronger transit box, with extra packaging, to ensure that it is
delivered to you in pristine condition.
