Damaged GoodsPLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU MARK "DAMAGED" OR SIMILAR WORDS ON THE DELIVERY LINE, WHEN GOODS ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED OR IF THE BOXES ARE DENTED AND TORN. It is very difficult to claim for damage if you have signed for the goods "Received in good condition". If you sign for the goods as "Received in Good Condition" then you may have forfeited your right to make a subsequent claim for damage, because we will not be able to claim from the carriers. If any goods are damaged, we will supply replacement components or a near equivalent product, at our discretion. Return of GoodsYou
are entitled to cancel this contract, if you so wish, provided that you
exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on
which you receive the Products. If
the goods are not damaged, but you have decided that you do not want
them, for whatever reason, then we reserve the right to charge a
re-stocking fee, to cover the cost of packing and shipping the goods to
you and then uplifting them and returning them to our warehouse. Any goods being returned must be fully wrapped in the original packaging, to avoid any damage in transit. If the goods are returned with damage in transit, then any refund will be reduced or cancelled. Eligibility to PurchaseTo
