Welcome to our website terms and conditions for use.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Carriage Costs

We deliver goods to Mainland addresses throughout Great Britain
a) On a Two or Three (Working) Day service free of charge(Except to the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, where there are small extra charges- Please ask.) or
b) on a Next (Working)Day Service for a cost of £6.00 + vat = £7.05 PER ORDER (Except the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, where there are extra charges- Please ask.)
c) We can also deliver goods on a Next (Working) Day by Noon Service or On a Saturday Delivery Service. We must quote for these individually, because the price varies according to the quantity being shipped and the delivery address. For further information please phone 0141-423-8283 or Mobile 07802-452 179 or send an e-mail to us, giving your delivery area and the quantity and model name/ number you want to order.

In all cases, delivery is subject to stock availability and whether the service requested is available in your area.

PLEASE ORDER NO LATER THAN 12.00 NOON FOR THE NEXT DAY SERVICE.

Worldwide Deliveries

We can deliver goods to virtually any address throughout the World, but the carriage costs will be higher. Please advise your address and the goods you wish to order for an individual quotation.

Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from date of invoice against faults in manufacture.

Registration

You warrant that the Personal Information, which you are required to provide when you register as a customer, is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Privacy Policy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential.
We do not give or sell your details to any third party (Other than the credit card processing facility to complete the credit card payment.)

Payment by Credit Card

Shopping with us is very safe, because we use Sage Pay (Previously called Protx) as our payment provider. This company is part of the Sage Group of companies and it provides a very secure payment facility with state of the art technology to thwart any attempt to defraud you. We do not even see your card details, we are simply advised when the transaction has been completed successfully. However if you prefer not to send your credit or debit card number over the internet, then you can fax an order to us on +44 (0)141 423 8283 or place your order by telephone on freephone 0800- 074 74 57 (within the U.K.) or +44 (0) 141 423 8283 from elsewhere.

Damaged Goods

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU MARK "DAMAGED" OR SIMILAR WORDS ON THE DELIVERY LINE, WHEN GOODS ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED OR IF THE BOXES ARE DENTED AND TORN. It is very difficult to claim for damage if you have signed for the goods "Received in good condition". If you sign for the goods as "Received in Good Condition" then you may have forfeited your right to make a subsequent claim for damage, because we will not be able to claim from the carriers.

If any goods are damaged, we will supply replacement components or a near equivalent product, at our discretion.

Return of Goods

You are entitled to cancel this contract, if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products, which are made especially to your specification. E.g. re-upholstered items, or non stock goods which are ordered specially for you.

If the goods are not damaged, but you have decided that you do not want them, for whatever reason, then we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, to cover the cost of packing and shipping the goods to you and then uplifting them and returning them to our warehouse.

If you wish to return any goods, then please contact us so that we can give you return address details and make arrangements for collection.

Any goods being returned must be fully wrapped in the original packaging, to avoid any damage in transit. If the goods are returned with damage in transit, then any refund will be reduced or cancelled.

Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Scottish law you must:
· Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.

· Be over 18 years of age.

· Stipulate a full delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.

· Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or else make payment by cheque or giro credit.

By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about your debit or credit card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
