*N.B. There is a small surcharge for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands & Ireland (So sorry for this, but unfortunately our carriers charge extra for deliveries to these locations.)

We can deliver our furniture to most places within Europe.

We will be happy to quote. Just tell us where you live and the model(s) and quantities required for a full quote.

For Buyers in Mainland Britain:

If you are not happy with the quality of any product that we supply, we will uplift it and credit the cost, less the return carriage, or else we will replace faulty/ damaged parts at no extra charge. (subject to the following conditions).

1) You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

2) We cannot accept returns for self assembly products once they have been assembled. 

3) We cannot accept returns for Customised products which have been manufactured specially for you, to your order (E.G. If you have selected a special colour of leather.)

4) You must re-pack the goods carefully, in the original packaging, if you want to return them for a credit. We cannot be responsible for damage on the return journey if they are not packed adequately and we will only issue a credit for goods that are not damaged when we receive them back.

For buyers abroad:

We take extra care to check the goods before despatch and we pack them very carefully, to avoid any damage in transit. We cannot offer the same uplift & credit option but we will replace any faulty components.
