The Doris S Adjustable Bar Stool is a luxurious and comfortable bar stool designed and manufactured by Peressini, a top Italian furniture manufacturer. The stool is part of a range of high-quality bar stools, which were created to move away from budget-priced, poor quality bar stools that were flooding in from the Far East.

The Doris S Bar Stool has a high curved back which supports and holds you in a warm embrace. The seat and back are thickly padded for supreme comfort.

Upholstery Options

The Bar Stool can be upholstered in a wide variety of colours:-

• 30 Shades of Real Leather - Category C
• 27 Shades of Magic Eco Leather - Cat. A

Magic Eco Leather is a High Quality Man Made material that looks and feels like Real Leather, but at a lower price.

We can supply Doris Stools upholstered in some fabrics as well. However, we feel that a leather or Eco Leather upholstery cover is more practical for a Breakfast Bar Stool, because inevitably there are spillages. These can be wiped off Leather or Eco Leather very easily with no stains remaining. But please ask for more information about fabric coverings if they are of interest.

This Luxury Bar Stool is offered with 6 different Bases which adjust in height. These Heavy Weighted Bases give this stool tremendous stability.

Satin Silver, Gold, Chocolate, Bronze, Charcoal or Black Epoxy Powder Coated (EPC)

Information for Large or Heavy People

The gas lift mechanism for the Doris S High Quality Bar Stool has been tested to hold up to 200 kg (31 stone 7 Lb)- much heavier than most people.

In addition, the seat is a generous 50 cm wide x 46 cm deep, which will give larger people plenty of space to sit in comfort.

The Doris S Bar Stool is suitable for use at a breakfast bar, and it is one of the most popular stools in the range. Fixed Height Doris S Bar Stool.

Now we can fit a 4 Leg Fixed Height Steel Base to Doris S Seats.

This gives even more variations and versatility to this fabulous bar stool. The Base is labelled Base 04S. The fixed height legs are available in two heights; -

1. Base 66 cm seat height for use at a standard breakfast bar/ kitchen worktop.
2. 76 cm seat height for use at a raised breakfast bar or a high table.

The fixed height base can be finished in Mirror Chrome or Black, Charcoal, Chocolate Brown or Nickel Satin (Silver) Matt Epoxy Powder Coated Finishes.

Two Versions of Doris Bar Stools

There are two versions of the Doris adjustable bar stool. The version featured in this listing - The Doris S Bar Stool - is designed for use at a breakfast bar.

We have another listing for the Doris P Bar Stool, which has arms. It is also extremely comfortable. However, in our opinion. the Doris P Bar Stool is not suitable for use at a breakfast bar. If you want to sit close to the worktop to eat a meal with a knife and fork, then the arms of the Doris P Bar Stool stop you climbing onto it.

The Doris P Bar Stool is fantastic for use at a drinks bar, where you are sitting slightly back from the worktop.

To repeat, the Doris S Bar Stool, which is featured on this listing, is the one we recommend for use at a Breakfast Bar.
